B.O.B "Baby on Board"

For "Throwback Thursday" I wanted to show ya'll the baby shower my mom and I threw for my Cousin Greg and his wife Suzy a year ago. We made all the food and decorations, which really help cost wise - plus it means a lot to make something homemade. Not knowing the sex of the baby made choosing a theme a little more difficult. Lucky for us Suzy had been calling said unborn child "B.O.B" as in Baby On Board. So we chose pastel colors and "B.O.B" as our loose theme.

We found a baby themed cookie cutter set at Joann's. We used the onesie cookie cutter and colored royal icing to pipe and flood these little cuties.

Dessert Table! (Left to Right: chocolate covered oreos, vanilla and strawberry cupcakes with swiss meringue buttercream icing, onsie cookies, pastel m&ms, wrapped silverware)

Store bought angel food cake, strawberries, and skewers were a perfect excuse to whip out the chocolate fountain
This cookie mold can be found at Joanns or Michaels. We used Oreos and different colored white chocolate.

This banner hung in the present/game room. I used the cricut to cut the flag shape then spelled out "Suzy & Greg" with baby picture of the two of them hung in between each letter. We made sure to honor the grandparents in these pictures.

Mmm chocolate fountain and angel food cake skewers
